Inoculation chambers are made of thick ply board on top and bottom surface a plywood sheet on the back. The front side is provided with a thick glass window whereas the lower portion has round openings on the front side and a window on the adjacent side. The chamber is fitted with a single fluorescent tube and an Ultra Violet germicidal tube that serves to kill the pathogens, and the entire unit works on a 220/230 Volts AC current supply.
